McArthur & Son Real Estate Ltd – operating in the Beaches area of Toronto since 1919, McArthur & Son develops homes, operates a business centre at 577/579 Kingston Road and is a broker and investor. Paul McArthur, the 3rd generation running the company, is involved in all aspects of the business and is an active member of the community. Paul and his motorcycle can often be seen at the business centre on Kingston Road and the family business is a fixture in the Beaches.
Finley McEwen
Beachco Management Ltd – Finley McEwen has 35 years of commercial and residential experience and lead some of the largest developments in Canada. He started Beachco when he retired from Cadillac Fairview in 2019 and he now concentrates on city-building on a much smaller scale in some of his favorite neighbours in the east-end of Toronto where he lives. Finley’s volunteer work focuses on youth athletics and the environment including at ABYC where he helped run the junior sailing program.
